Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may increase during launches, promotions, or high-volume periods.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Carrier delays

• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

• Lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled and complete.
