All Bradshaw Beauty orders are shipped via USPS.com.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING & HANDLING TAKE?

Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. All orders take 3 days to process BEFORE it is shipped out. Standard shipping can take 3-5 business days, depending on where you are located. Please note that ALL WIG UNITS take 10 business days Tracking confirmations will be available via email once your package has shipped. All packages require signature for delivery. In the rare case that your order is returned due to inaccurate shipping information, the customer must pay for shipping again for the package to be reshipped to the correct address.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

Currently ships orders using USPS. Standard shipping requires 3-5 business days for delivery after it ships, in addition to a signature upon delivery. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777).

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping has a shipping fee of $25 for a 2 day shipping/delivery. This shipping method automatically includes insurance and signature confirmation at no extra charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipments cost $35.00 for any destination worldwide and are normally received within 10 business days. Bradshaw extensions is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. We do not refund shipping charges for orders returned.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
